Jason is a seasoned trial attorney with a reputation for taking difficult cases to trial. He co-authored Defending DUIs in Washington (LexisNexis) and did the deep technical work exposing flaws in the State's breath-test machine. After one acquittal, a longtime judge said he'd never seen an attorney engage so effectively with jurors.
